Choosing a personal trainer can be easy, there is plenty of them but having a life style coach is so much more rewarding. As a working mum to a 3 year old boy I always found it difficult to get to the gym without feeling guilty about not spending that time with my little one.

Keith has inspired me since day one to become the very best I can. He creates challenging yet realistic goals for me to achieve on a daily basis. I have always resisted training with personal trainers until I met Keith. Keith would initially encourage me without putting any pressure on me to train with him. This is what I liked about him and also his dedication to the job. I don't train to be like a bodybuilder but more so to become an athlete. I wanted Keith to help me with cutting down on body fat and increasing lean muscle mass.

Within the first 2 weeks I noticed body changes and I was already gaining lean muscle mass. I also wanted to increase my performance on the football field so Keith designed a program for me to follow as well. I was doing all new stuff which was absolutely amazing to do! I became a lot more functional and also increased my knowledge on eating right, recovery and maintenance.

I would seriously be behind the eight ball without Keith helping me and I owe him a great deal! As being a Physical Education teacher requires you to be active throughout the day I need every advantage I can get. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to train with Keith! I have been training with Keith for a year and a half following major surgery for stage 3 melanoma.  After having surgery, I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise.  I needed a trainer who understood my limitations and could assist in my rehabilitation and return to exercise.  Keith developed an exercise program that is constantly changing and tailored to my specific needs. He has a great ability to judge exactly the level of work one is capable of. He has a thorough understanding of how the body works and is excellent at explaining the benefits of each exercise. I was first introduced to Keith by my workmate who encouraged me to join a 28 day challenge and after seeing her results she achieved in just a short 2 weeks, I knew I wasnt going to regret it.

From not having an active workout schedule in the past, the thought of starting one terrified me but from the very first session I was hooked.

Keith is very outcome focused, always pushing your body to limits you thought you could never reach and ensuring you better yourself each time. His extensive range of skills and knowledge show in every session, which are run in a fun, encouraging and very supportive environment.

Fast forward to over a year now, I continue to see improvement on a daily basis, numerous goals reached and have gained an immense amount of strength that I never knew I had me.

I’ve been training with Keith for over a year now. Keith has helped me achieve a lot since being a CKB member. Since beginning training with Keith I have increased my strength, fitness, nutrition and mindset. He has also helped me understand how to develop and have a healthy lifestyle. I have always had a love hate relationship with my body and for years suffered with obesity. I had tried every fad diet out there and countless personal trainers and nothing worked. I then met Keith, who had me do a 28 day challenge. At first I hated it, told myself it was too hard but he wouldn't let me give up that easy. When I started, I never had a goal because I didn't believe I could. Keith has helped me lose 22kgs of fat and has helped me achieve some incredible goals since. I have just run my first half marathon, when 6 months ago, I couldn't run 50m. Keith has not only transformed my body, but my mindset too. Choosing Keith as my lifestyle coach has been the best decision I've ever made.

I believe exercising should be a habit not a fad. It should be a lifestyle change not a quick fix. This wasn’t always my outlook or something I believed in. I have been a part of a few gyms over the years. What I didn’t realise, like many people I had been coached poorly, resulting in excessive training (6 -7 times a week) and building bad relationships with food especially carbs. I was on an extremely low calorie diet with an excessive training program! Eventually my body was in shut down mode because with all the training I was doing I wasn’t re fuelling my body correctly. To be honest I thought I knew what it was to be “healthy” but in fact all I knew was how to put my body under an amerce amount of stress. I decided I needed something different, I needed someone to care about me and make me accountable. I needed someone who was going to help me change this “fitness journey” into a lifestyle change. I met Coach Keith Brady and have worked with him for over two years. Keith by far exceeded my expectations of a Personal Trainer and always went over and above. I have attended many of CKB’s seminars and learnt about food portions, what our diet should include, goal setting, meditation, importance of sleep and so my knowledge grew. The results were obvious. I was training hard and eating well. I made a friend and found a sense of belonging and all of a sudden my lifestyle had changed. My goals went from ‘looking good’ to ‘looking good and lifting heavy’. I suddenly enjoyed my workouts and the cheering and high fives at the end of the session were confirmation that this wasn’t any Personal Trainer, CKB was invested in me and my health. I have achieved so much in my time with Keith I have lost body fat, increased muscle mass, smashed my goals and most of all my lifestyle has changed and both my body and mind are in a good place. I have learned about calories, about macros and how to live a balanced life. My Coach has been there for me, he pushed me to my limits, pulled me back into place, made me responsible and most of all he lifted and motivated me throughout my journey.
