At RBT Joondalup we ran a Charity Bootcamp for those who have been affected by the bush fires.

We had an amazing turnout with 110 people rocking up and showing their love. For every dollar raised I said I would do 1 calorie on the airdyne bike. We had so many donations and we managed to raise $2200 which meant 2200 calories on the bike. I started my ride at 12:30pm and finished 6 hours later. It was by far one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life. Physically it was hard (on my legs and lower back) but mentally it was crazy. It was sending me to some dark places where I had doubts on myself and it was making me emotional. I am very thankful to everyone that came down to support me and I am extremely grateful to one of our members Barry O'Callaghan who stayed with me for hours helping me out, making sure I didn't quit. It was an awesome day and I am very thankful to everyone who donated.
