The CKB Rugby Strong project is Live!!!!

12 Athletes will be getting ready for their best season yet with

Pre/Postseason programming, recovery, gym/field sessions, testing, inBody scans and coaching. A lot of players try and do it themselves and do training that isn't specific to their sport. Having a S&C coach look after you for your offseason/preseason is one of the best things you can do for you rugby. By having a S&C coach you will have someone who will make your training sports specific, set you up with a proper S&C program, assist you with recovery, advise with injury prevention and accountability.
